At PatBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and securely seal the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
